Booking Policy:
To secure a transfer, bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance. A booking confirmation will be sent upon successful processing of your request.
Booking Modification Policy:
Modifications to bookings (e.g., date, time, or passenger details) can be made up to 12 hours before the scheduled transfer, subject to availability. Requests for changes should be made via email or phone. Cancellations or modifications within 12 hours may incur additional fees.
Confirmation Email Policy
Upon booking, you will receive a confirmation email with your reservation details. This email serves as your proof of booking.
Please check your confirmation email carefully to ensure all details are correct. If you do not receive your confirmation within 24 hours of booking, contact our customer service team immediately.
Our service includes a free waiting time of up to 50 minutes from the scheduled pick-up time for airport transfers and up to 15 minutes for other locations. If the driver has to wait longer due to delays (e.g., late flight arrivals or passenger hold-ups), additional charges may apply.
You can either pay at the time of reservation or 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up. We also accept a 30% deposit, which must be paid at least 24 hours before the scheduled booking. The remaining balance can be paid directly to the driver on the day of the service.
Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards and secure online payment platforms. Payments are processed through a secure system, and a confirmation receipt will be sent upon successful transaction.
Refunds for cancellations (if applicable) are processed according to the company's cancellation policy. Any additional fees (e.g., for extra luggage or changes to the booking) will be confirmed at checkout and charged accordingly.
The designated meeting point for your transfer will be clearly specified in your booking confirmation. For airport transfers, the driver will typically meet you in the arrivals area with a name sign. For other locations, the pick-up spot will be arranged at the closest accessible point to your address.

Cancellations can be made up to 48 hours before the scheduled transfer without penalty. If a booking is canceled within 24 hours of the pick-up time, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total fare will apply.
Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the scheduled transfer or in case of a no-show may result in a 100% charge of the booking amount.
To cancel or modify your reservation, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the original payment method.
